After the harvest, in the winery, the responsibility of care passes to the winemaker. The winemaker\u2019s personality and knowledge, the winery\u2019s capabilities (in regard to its equipment), the way the winemaker has visualized the product he\/she wishes to create, in conjunction with the grapes ultimately on hand, all of that we will encounter in a glass of wine.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column css=”.vc_custom_1573571970678{padding-right: 25% !important;padding-left: 16px !important;}” offset=”vc_col-lg-6 vc_col-md-6″ column_responsive_padding_680=”30px 15px 0 15px” column_responsive_padding_1024=”0px 0 0 16px” column_responsive_padding_768=”30px 15px 0 15px”][vc_column_text]It is worth our while to try this wine, to know it, to feel it. As for the enjoyment, it should always be moderate. Safe consumption further elevates the moment when we shall taste the wine, on an ordinary day or in celebration; it adds harmony to the delicacies that it will accompany and smoothly reveals its aromas.<\/p>\n

After all, the well-known quote \u201cwine makes the heart of mortal man rejoice\u201d certainly refers to consuming in moderation, for otherwise the opposite will prevail, which is sorrow.
