The winery is not only a place of wine production, but constitutes an interesting place to visit for those who wish to reveal the secrets of winemaking. In the Estate\u2019s private vineyards various white and red varieties are cultivated. The most renowned is XINOMAVRO NAOUSSA which in 1971 was recognized as red V.Q.P.R.D. (Vin de Qualit\u00e9 Produit Dans Une R\u00e9gion D\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u2013 Wines of Quality Produced in Determined Regions). From this red variety the company also produces a white wine with the method of “Blanc de Noir” (white wine from red) and a rose wine.
