Open Doors 2025

On May 17 & 18, the Winemakers of North Greece celebrate the new cycle of the vine and invite everyone who loves wine to the wine tourism event “Open Doors”!
“Open Doors” was first held in May 2004 at the wineries of the wine tourism network ¨Wine Roads of North Greece¨. The public embraced the event with such enthusiasm that, by 2010, it had grown into a nationwide wine celebration with the participation of winemaking associations from across the country.
During the weekend of May 17 and 18, all wineries-members of the Wine Roads of North Greece will open their doors and welcome wine lovers and anyone who is eager, to experience the essence of wine tourism by learning about the wine making process, visiting the amenities of the wineries, walking around the production areas and cellars and meeting the winemakers of our association.
Plan your own wine journey among the 8 unique Wine Roads of North Greece — from Krania in Olympus to Zitsa in Ioannina, throughout Macedonia, and all the way to Adriani in Drama and Folia in Kavala.
32 of Greece’s most prominent wineries await you for another exceptional and unforgettable wine tourism experience to enjoy guided tours, wine tastings, special parallel activities and events, a photography contest, wine gift raffles, and much more!
