The wine education courses for the public and especially the courses for the owners and employees of catering businesses (HO.RE.CA. – Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) as well as of wine trading (wine cellars, distributors, super-markets, delicatessen shops), is the main concern of the “Winemakers of North Greece”, which have established special “Wine Seminars ” on educational topics.
