The restaurant Thomas was founded in 1970 by Thomas and Eleni Paspali and has been operating continuously since then, it is a family business so its character remains unchanged over time. Since 1982, as the most active members of the company, Nikos Paspalis with his wife Eleni and the rest of the family tried to upgrade and develop the restaurant into goods and services.
In 2002, the third generation of the company was activated, where in its own way, always in collaboration with Nikos and Eleni, it tried to modernize and develop the business. The family that is the main staff of the restaurant together with its associates strives daily for its enrichment in goods, services and your perfect service. Our goal is to offer the best possible food with our own character, with local products from our own producers, hoping to create a special gastronomic experience to our visitor.
